This week, many IFoA members have received an invitation to complete our new Member Perspectives survey.
The Member Perspectives programme is an evolution of the IFoA’s annual member survey. Rather than a single, show-piece annual survey, the Membership Perspectives programme will field four surveys in a twelve-month period, with each member randomly assigned to one of the four waves.
The programme will provide a fuller picture of the member experience throughout the course of the year, rather than just at one point in the cycle, and the continuous development of insight will put the views of the wider membership at the heart of the IFoA’s decision-making.
If you don’t receive an invitation to this Member Perspectives survey, please don’t worry – you will be included in a future wave.
If you are selected for this wave of the survey, you can also access the survey by logging in to your IFoA Member Portal. The survey will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. In exchange for your feedback the IFoA will donate £1 to the IFoA Foundation at your discretion.
