The IFoA Review Team has published its latest thematic review report, Actuaries managing Cyber Risk, highlighting the vital role actuaries play in addressing one of the most pressing global challenges.
The report provides an overview of how actuaries contribute to managing operational cyber risks and shaping insurance solutions for cyber threats. It also explores the broader landscape of cyber risk and cybersecurity, showcasing examples of actuarial involvement and collaboration with other specialists in this evolving field.
This thematic review is part of the IFoA’s Actuarial Monitoring Scheme (AMS), aimed at advancing public trust, providing meaningful feedback to members and employers, and promoting continuous improvement in actuarial work.
