This week, all members will be receiving an email from membersurvey@actuaries.org.uk containing your unique link to the IFoA Member Survey 2023.
For the first time this year, members can also access the survey by logging in to the IFoA Member Portal.
We’re looking to make it as easy as possible for you to contribute and help us to understand the member experience and how we can better provide for your career success. It is really important that you add your voice.
The survey takes just 2 minutes to complete, after which you are able to choose whether or not to answer further questions.
And for every completed entry we will donate £1 to the IFoA Foundation, providing financial support to actuarial students and others in financial hardship.

“Last year, a very credible 21% of you responded to our member survey. We’re hoping that we can match or exceed that this year. Robust, quantifiable feedback from our membership gives us insights that we can act on.
“And I think it’s clear that that’s what we have been doing over recent years. Your responses to our annual surveys have led to free-to-access online events, a re-built website, a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), our influential thought leadership programme, learning around data science, banking and sustainability, and much, much more.
“So please complete the survey. Your responses will be at the heart of our decision-making for the future of the IFoA and the actuarial profession.”
