Zurich Actuarial Society – committee members

Founded in 2016, the Zurich Actuarial Society (ZAS) provides CPD and networking opportunities to more than 100 members in Switzerland. There is an opportunity for up to 3 additional committee members to join the committee to help ZAS shape and prepare for the forthcoming calendar of events. If you are an actuary in or near Zurich, Switzerland, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Being part of the ZAS committee is a great opportunity to learn new skills, engage with the IFoA and build your professional network. The committee typically has 5 to 9 members. Each committee member is expected to contribute end-to-end arrangements for an event, either technical or social, once per year on average.

  • brief details of your relevant experience
  • confirmation you are happy to contribute end-to-end arrangements for an event each year
  • your ARN (if you are a member)
  • confirmation that you have read, understood, and agree to the information and requirements laid out in our volunteer information pack (please be aware that until we have received this confirmation, we will not be able to appoint you as a volunteer)
