The IFoA has published its latest thematic review report Pensions on divorce: expert actuarial advice. Join David Gordon, IFoA Senior Review Actuary and the report’s author, alongside IFoA Review Actuary, Alan Marshall, and IFoA Regulatory Board Chair, Neil Buckley, to explore the key findings.
The IFoA conducts regular thematic reviews of how work is carried out in practice by actuaries. This review, published on 22 April, looks at examples of actuarial advice to UK courts on how pensions on divorce can be treated (particularly in England and Wales).
