Dweenisha has received many accolades within the industry, including being awarded Highly Commended by Professional Pensions for Women in Pensions awards in 2020 and Rising Star Award by the Actuarial Post.

Ashu has worked with many boards of trustees and sponsors of pensions schemes on optimising their journey plans to self-sufficiency or buyout. Ashu has over 25 years’ experience in the pensions market, including at WTW, where he worked as both a Scheme and Corporate Actuary, and at L&G where he led bulk annuity transactions. While at WTW, a project led by Ashu won the Professional Pensions Pension Scheme Trustees of the Year Award and Pension Age Best Risk Management Exercise Award. While at L&G, a project led by Ashu won the Pension Age Best Risk Management Exercise Award.

Dom leads the team in Legal & General’s Pension Risk Transfer business that is responsible for implementing buy-in and buyout transactions and building relationships with pension scheme trustees, sponsoring employers and their advisors. In his time at Legal & General, Dom has led the implementation of some of the team’s largest and most innovative de-risking transactions. He has more than 15 years’ experience across pensions consulting and life insurance and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Jonathan joined TPT Retirement Solutions in March 2015. Prior to joining TPT Jonathan had significant consulting experience advising corporates and trustees on their pensions schemes. In his current role he is working with companies who are joining TPT's DB Master Trust, with specific focus on the long term funding aims for the scheme.
