The Charles M Stern award was established in 1999 by a legacy from Charles M Stern to be awarded to the student(s) outside of the UK & Ireland showing special merit in completing all exams and becoming eligible to transfer to the class of Fellow.
This award also comprises a bursary for use in a manner approved by the IFoA such as furthering education.
